• Order: A purchase of a software license or subscription for RTO Agent.
• Customer: Any person or business who purchases the software.
• Cancellation: A request by the customer to cancel the order before delivery.

3. Cancellation Before Delivery

You may request cancellation of your order before the software access, license key, or credentials are delivered. In such cases:

• Cancellations can be made for a full refund (minus any transaction charges).
• Refund will be processed within 15 working days after cancellation approval.

4. Cancellation After Delivery

Because the RTO Agent software is a digital product delivered electronically, once the software credentials, license keys, or access have been issued, the order cannot be canceled and is non-refundable beyond this point.

6. Refund on Cancellation
